M-80 resin is an excellent processing agent for PVC and other polyolefin plastic, etc.It reduces or eliminates the shear stress virtually from plastic processing;lowers the counter balance torque, which can modify the cured performance, improve fluidity, and increase output. It can increase bulking agent dosage, raise greatly product property.High fluidity of M-80 is particularly applicable to high - filled with filler formula of processing , which will achieve a good synergy effect and apparently cutdown the cost.
M-80 is non-toxic and has good aging resistance and electric insulativity. It is widely used in production of PVC electric wire or cable, and other tube , pipe, related fittings, section bar, sheet(transparent or color etc.), non-toxic transparent bottle materials, and medical plastic ware, etc.
M-80 can be used to adjust the hardness of neoprene, PVC/nitrile blend and natural rubber, to reduce melt torsion making process easy and to improve tear resistance and abrasive resistance of vulcanixed rubber.
M-80 resin is almost to be special modifier agent for thermoplastic elastomer, such as SBS, etc., which is essential crosslinking agent between sbs and pvc.
M-80 is also used in color masterbatch.By using it with dispersant, it will achieve a good synergy effect. The coatings added with M-80 will have prominent transparency, radiance and weather resistance. Besides, M-80 also has a effect of absorbing UV-light, its wavelength is 270-330 nanometre usually, working well like w-9 uv-light absorbent.
